Burn Fat While Preserving Lean Muscle with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method

Ideal Protein has been evolving for over 20 years. Our medically developed weight loss protocol and smarter lifestyle choices education offers dieters what they really want…a structured program that can put an end to constant dieting. Your personal weight loss coach will empower you with the knowledge to develop better lifestyle choices and smarter eating habits after the program ends.

Phase 1: With the assistance of your weight loss coach (you receive one-on-one weekly coaching), you will follow phase 1 until you have reached 100% of your weight loss goal.
Phase 2: The amount of Ideal Protein foods is reduced to 2 per day. You will only be on phase 2 for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Phase 3: Weight loss stabilization. You will re-introduce moderate amounts of healthy fats and carbohydrates to your diet for 14 days (in the morning only).
Phase 4: You will begin applying the smarter eating education taught by your personal weight loss coach. This knowledge will assist you in making smarter lifestyle choices after dieting.

Anthony Hicks, MD is an Occupational Health Specialist with a focus on preventative care. Dr. Hicks has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and obesity and the related problems created a frustration of having to prescribe more and more prescriptions. He knew the importance of food and nutrition playing the big role in living a healthy life. Preventive medicine was the answer and he wanted a program to improve and promote overall changes for a healthier lifestyle.

He studied the Ideal Protein weight loss method, and found it to improve energy while reducing cravings and maintaining vitamin levels and muscle mass for long-term success. After participating in the protocol himself, he began offering it to his family and friends. They experienced such a great success, that soon he was offering it to his patients.

Dr. Hicks’ professional organizations include the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association and the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine.

John Powell Certified Health Coach

Mr. Powell graduated Texas AM at Canyon in 1984. Past Presidents of JDP INC and Stud INC and the Society of ST. Vincent de Paul. He is passionate about teaching others and taking the confusion out of nutrition. He has extensive knowledge and background in the Ideal Protein Nutritional protocol. John emphasizes a holistic approach to a patient well being, primarily focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
John is friendly, compassionate, and dedicated to educating others on solutions to obesity and metabolic syndrome. He enjoys helping others achieve their weight loss goals and teaching them to maintain a stable weight after dieting.
